The General Manager, Sergio Amaya, was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive and professional. It was obvious it was important to him that the guest had a very pleasant stay. Every time he saw me, he called me by name (Mr. Strom) and asked how I was and if there was anything her could do to make my stay more comfortable. He greeted me when I was having dinner in your dining room and asked if everything was to my liking. It was clear he was very good with his staff as we.
