The staff was outstanding. Effficient, fast and friendly especially since I don't speak Spanish and English is their second language. They were very helpful because we arrived late and needed to make certain they could pick us up at the airport. Breakfast was great. There is additional food for sale in the lobby and there is a bar. We did not avail ourselves of these services since we arrived late and checked out early. We were going on to San Miguel de Allende by car the next day, about an hour and 40 minutes from the airport so this was a great place to stop and refresh after a long day of plane travel.
