The property is in a decent location, around 15 minutes walking to the Ferry Port to go to Holbox. It is safe and locked at night. The room is small, but decent, with a hammock. Towels bedsheets and some toiletries were provided. There was hot water for around 5-7 minutes at a time for a quick shower.

The location was nice close to the pier. The price of the room. Good communication through the app and free parking. (Even though they told us that the place we parked the car was ok but actually was private property - their parking was a bit further). Breakfast was nice

Loved the hammock and seating area facing the beach and next to the pool. Having an adults only section made it very relaxing. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was good, short walk to centro for restuarants.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, best we had in Mexico so far. The Hotel is near the center, close to all the restaurants, bars and the beach is on the other side of the street. Perfect.

We had a great time at the hotel. It's conveniently located close to the center but in a quiet area. The pool area is very beautiful and the room is quite big and very clean. The hotel manager Carla was amazing and helped us with everything we needed (tours, taxis, recommendations,..). Take a taxi to get there as the streets are quite flooded. We would definitely stay here again :)

I liked that the hotel had basic amenities like hot water, a flushing toilet, and a shower without odors, which were better than other places I stayed on the island. I also appreciated that two of my three nights were quiet, providing a break from noise disturbances. However, these positives felt minor compared to the many issues I experienced.

The location, the beach in front is the best, in the best part of the island. The whole place is a paradise, very Instagram friendly.. The service is excellent, Ivan and all guys at the reception were very very helpfu,l and we had great communication from the beginning. Great breakfast, too
