The property was away from all the downtown Rosarito chaos. Ample parking and parking ticket was validated. It’s inside shopping center with multiple restaurants and shops. Site was secure and had a guard on site. Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. Very clean front lobby, common area, and rooms. Continental breakfast is offered.

It is a good budget hotel. Right across the street is a guy who sold dynamite tamales. That was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the hot water was instant. Loved that part!

Condo is guard gated. Unit is right across the street from a chicken stand and a convenience store. We enjoyed our stay here. Unit was very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in TJ again, we definitely hope to stay here. Location is not far from a grocery store and shopping center.
