Hotels near Pilcaya

While this hotel has a few redeeming qualities, overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the pricing is incredibly misleading. The rate on booking platforms is almost double what you would pay onsite (€40 per night with three meals). For what they offer, the higher price is absolutely not worth it. The hotel itself is extremely old and in dire need of modernization. The sheets and towels seem like they haven’t been replaced in years. The shower doesn’t heat up, and there was no hairdryer provided in the room. In a room with three beds, there were only two power outlets—clearly inadequate for today’s needs. There’s also no internet in the rooms or the breakfast area, which is very frustrating. The location is also problematic. It’s right in front of a main road where cars park and blast loud music until 3 AM. The noise was so bad our windows literally shook, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Families with children should avoid rooms with “C” labeled in front of their numbers, as they face this road. The pool’s water is ice cold and not usable unless outside temperature is above 40. That being said, There are a couple of positive aspects. For €40 per night, the hotel is reasonably clean. There’s also a pool, which seems refreshing and could be enjoyable in hot weather. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to a nearby water park, which might appeal to families or those looking for activities outside the hotel. Overall, unless you are paying the onsite rate and just need a basic, affordable place to stay near the water park, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It urgently needs significant updates to justify the prices listed on booking platforms.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff where super friendly and we all used a lot of goggle translate due to our lack of Spanish. Food was lovely views spectacular and the room massive comfortable and clean.
