Very friendly hosts. We arrived and the room was available immediately. Air Con worked, decent shower, parking right in front of your appartment (Motel style). Later we went to the village center (10 min walk away) for some dinner. In the morning the lady was very friendly and prepared us an excellent breakfast. She offered a lot of options for us to select from and we were actually the only guests having breakfast that day, but we got delicious scrambled eggs, coffee and some bread. I would absolutely recommend a stay in this place if you are coming from Ruta Puuc and are looking for a good place to spend a night. :-)

Quinta Rosita is exceptional. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfortable (I had the best sleep in weeks!). A great bathroom and shower. Lovely decor throughout. The garden is idyllic and lush, it feels like you are in a resort. We also had breakfast which was so delicious! We wished we had stayed for longer. The pool was so inviting but we didn’t have time to enjoy it properly. If you are visiting the local area or travelling to visit Uxmal and Kabáh, this is the perfect place to stay. Quinta Rosita is an oasis - it is so relaxing and quiet. Stay longer and enjoy the peace and quiet, and the amazing breakfasts, at this beautiful B&B.

A perfect place to stay when visiting Uxmal. The owner Valerie is very knowledgeable about local attractions and culture. We very much enjoyed chatting to her and she even bought me some English tea! The pool is a great place to cool off and the Palapa covered bungalows have been very well decorated. They are simple but perfect for a jungle hideaway.
