Boutique, luxury retreat a little outside of Merida. The room was fabulous - huge, giant and comfortable bed, big shower, great AC. Lovely pool area. Owners were amazing, treated us like family, nothing was too big an ask. Great breakfast and dinner options. Short walk from the main town square with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very racist. The hotel manager had to tell the staff to give me room service. They deliberately ignored our calls/messages in English and Spanish when requesting room service for two full days. After I asked if room service was down, the manager forced the staff to start answering our calls. Afterwards I stopped ordering food, because I realized we were getting sick after consuming the meat. I thought maybe because we are foreigners our stomachs were adjusting, but one day I realized all the meat we ordered wasnt fully cooked. I began ordering Uber eats, I eventually checked out two days before my original checkout date due to the power going out continuously

We spent 6 days at Hacienda San Pedro Nohpat with my wife and three kids (10,7,4). The place is beatufiul, the location is perfect to reach almost everything (Chichen Itzá, Uxmal, Celestún, etc.) The Hacienda itself had a great pool which was a blessing in that heat, especially for the kids. The manager Iona was really helpful, she gave us some perfect recommendations and ideas, what to check out. She even prepared for us a cool kit in the morning, I thougth that was especially thoughtful of her. The maids working at the hacienda were also very nice and helpful. We would happily recommend Hacienda San Pedro Nohpat to basically anyone.
