The house was in the best location for us that we needed. The house had everything, including a washer. The AC worked great and there was lots of space.

Exactly as described in the photos. Ivan (the owner) was easy to work with. It's a nice quiet location, and despite the fact of it being Easter week (party time!) everyone was respectful and quiet (and friendly!). Pool is 20m from the front door, and was never crowded (except the long weekend Saturday night). Nice safe neighbourhood, in a working family area. Plenty of food (lots of Mom & Pop retaurants) in the area - but you will definitely need your own transportation. AC was good, and not loud.
