It is a beautiful town.
It is a beautiful town. It is very cold, so be ready for that. In general everything is wonderful. The only upside down is the fact that most business use cash only and there are not bank tellers in the whole town, so it is a big problem.

A beautiful and comfortable, apparently family-run hotel, the Casona is located in a quite part of town just a few minutes' walk from the center. The rooms are set in cabin-like buildings strung around an attractive courtyard while the excellent breakfast is served in a large central area. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking is available within the hotel's walled property.
The breakfast was pretty good. It was a buffet. It's a little walk (10-12) minutes to get to city center. Some of the rooms have a good view however ours #404 not much of a view. There is parking although you have to leave your keys with the hotel because the parking blocks other people so they have to move cars around to get to your car.
The garden is huge. The entire hotel was warm and cosy, even though it was freezing outside. Tere is a gem. Coffee and cakes on arrival was quite unexpected but a treat. Breakfast first class.
It is super close to the town center which is very convenient. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice.
The town itself is pretty cold at night so I suggest bringing some warm clothes.
