A hely nagyon tiszta és a személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes. Minden extra kívánságunkat azonnal intézték és teljesítették. Hiába érkeztünk kicsivel este 10 előtt azonnal lehetőség volt a szobánkat elcserélni hogy ne az autópályára hanem a parkra nézzen. Az karszalag ami a parkba való belépéshez kell szűk volt a csuklómra, erre is találtak azonnal megoldást. A vizipark a gyerekek számára is és számunkra is teljes mértékben megfelelt. Minden tiszta és a személyzet nagyon figyelmes. A fóka show és a delfin show nagyon látványos és szórakoztató. A csúszdák pedig még a felnőttek számára is nagyon szórakoztatóak.
