The hotel is very well located, just one block from 5th Avenue and one block from Mamitas Beach. The staff is wonderful—very respectful, friendly, and kind. We only purchased the breakfast option, and we could choose between the Mexican restaurant with a delicious menu or the buffet, which offers plenty of delicious options, including fresh fruit. I am allergic to gluten, and I would have liked the buffet, being part of a 4-star hotel, to have more gluten-free bakery options. They only offered a small slice of bread and a muffin.

Staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean and the hotel is located in very convenient position: walking distance from ADO station and ferry to Cozumel, just few blocks away but in a more calm and quiet street.
