Tres Mejures is a special place. It is very well loved and taken care of. The staff are always working hard to keep the grounds, the rooms, and the common areas very clean. We loved the grass and all the plants. Our room was adorable and had a great ocean view. We spent many hours sitting on our balcony and watching the waves. Breakfast was minimal but all we needed. Short walk to town and restaurants all around the hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Troncones.

Everything about this place was amazing. The guest house, the food, the staff and the host. I travelled for work and my employer was worried about the security issues in the region. Our host did fantastically and supporting good common sense and made my family feel safe and welcome. I can highly recommend. Will be back soon!

It's a really nice place, cozy and feels like a home. The swimming pool is great refreshmenr when chilling after surfing. The owner Javi is very nice and helpful with everything! It's not directly at the famous beach and there is a river to be crossed but you can easily use a boat or just walk through the river. It didn't bother it us at all, on the other hand, we enjoyed it! On the way there is a cute small black doggy waiting for a cuddle:) there is one restaurant next to the river 5 mins walking, one very small shop in town like 15mins walking where you can buy basic stuff. It's beautiful and calm area in the middle of palm trees. We would definitely come back!
This place is very quiet. Right next to Troncones, which has a lot of small restaurants and some shops. Still very quiet there too ((first week of dec).
This is a place if you want to stay at your condo and eating in. You need to get your food in Zihuantanejo.
If you want to go exploring it a great base to go from get a car.

Location was quiet and right by the ocean. Great little restaurants within walking distance…. Family operated. Property was gorgeous with beautiful pools, however, Frida 7 was well below our expectations and would not rent that
unit again.
