Hotel with nice grounds and nice big rooms. The staff, very kind, immediately arrange whatever comes up, like in my case, when something happened in the room, they immediately changed my room, without any comment or complaint from me.

The breakfast was good. We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful, even able to speak English which was a nice surprise. Our Spanish is improving, but still very weak. The room met our needs very well as did the grounds to walk our dog. Will return.

The beds were great; comfortable with nice crisp sheets, nice pillows. The room was an ok size and had coffee maker, fridge and being on the 6th floor was pretty quiet (I had asked for quiet rooms). The bathroom towels were nice and thick. We had booked a room with a 'view' over the river and it was nice to look out onto water, but it was unfortunately marred by the industrial installations. (Obviously the hotel can't help that, but just to inform people that you will be looking at an industrial river scene). The rooms were for the most part very clean, apart from a big dirty area on headboard which I had to remove.
