The entire Staff was very polite, professional, helpful and cheery. We had a beautiful room with a king bed - The breakfast was excellent - the outdoor area is small but very relaxing with plants and trees well maintained. Walking distance to the boardwalk along Lake Chapala - enjoyed a few local restaurants - Chatterly's and Romeo and Julieta - excellent. Homemade banana bread from a vendor on the main road near Centro was fabulous.

This is a lovely oasis or sanctuary, especially for couples.
Many exotic touches, like custom painted tiles throughout. Gorgeous grounds and pool. Complete and excellent breakfasts. Close to central plaza. Highly recommend.

We stayed only one night in this hotel, but we were satisfied. We got what we saw on booking. We had a good, clean room with private bathroom, the restaurant on the top floor was really nice, the pool was smaller than i thought and that it looks on the pictures. But they have a bar there and you can order drinks being inside the pool.
