Made a stop on the way from and to grutas Tolentongo. Located very close to the bus stations and in a waking distance from the centre of town and the market. The room was simple but very clean, with comfortable bed and cushions. The lady at the front desk was very nice, gave us extra blankets and helped us get a taxi. We were worried about the noise at night because it is on a major road but we asked for a remote room and slept very well. Overall good value for money.

We loved that there was a clean pool as we had spent the day traveling and relaxing next to the pool was refreshing. The hotel was located within walking distance from the town and it was easy to access the minibus for the Grutas Tolantongo. The room was comfortable and clean and as described. It had everything that we needed and as we traveled in September, we appreciated the extra blanket that was offered to us without asking. The shower was hot with good water pressure.
We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and it was excellent value for money. We would choose to stay here again if we find ourselves in Ixmiquilpan. Thank you.

The location is perfect because it’s close to the market and transportion is 1.5 miles away/Taxi outside of door. In addition, the rooms are very clean.

the town had a nice plaza (centro) area with some good restaurants. Appeared to have a good size market area next to the plaza although we did not go thru it. We were in town to visit the thermal pools at Grutas Tolatonga and that was easily accessible from this town

A very relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed this space, especially the Wi-Fi and smart TV - a real taste of home!! Our hosts were very helpful and always contactable. It is also very accessible by public transport. We travelled from Mexico City and were able to get off the bus at Terminal La Huasteca, a 5minute walk from the property. We got the bus (ovnibus) back to CDMX from the same terminal. A perfect place to stay when visiting Grutas de Tolantongo! The only problem was our stay was too short. Ixmiquilpan is a charming spot!

Villa's Camargo is a tranquil and comfortable hotel in an excellent location within ten minutes of many of the region's famous balnearios, and about 5 minutes from the center of Ixmiquilpan. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff very welcoming and warm. We especially loved the resident cat(s).
It is a very large and comfortable and clean room for the price. The reception man has good English and very kind.
It is too close from the bus terminal.
I recommend this hotel.
Hotel staff were really helpful and there was someone around 24/7 to assist. Rooms were super clean. Location was great we walked to almost everything.
