We booked this hotel early last year. Now the prices had gone down... We found out that there was many bargains in Merida at the time. So we paid more.
Did not like the room we got but we could change to a much better. The staff was lovely, but information was not good.
But when asking you learn. Good map of town. Breakfast simple what we are use to in Mexico, but good.
