It is a great hotel, especially for those traveling from the US by car because it has a secured parking lot. It is located in the basement below the hotel and has an opaque vehicle gate. Also, it is located at the center of town, which allows you to walk anywhere without you worrying about your car/belongings. The cherry on top was that this hotel includes breakfast. I have stayed in Parral before and it is miles better than other hotels in the same price range.

The restaurant service and food were excellent Thursday and Friday. On Saturday the order had errors, some food arrived cold twice and a beer arrived at room temperature. The waiter on Saturday seemed confused and when we went to the front desk to complain five staff were all texting on their phones. They did remove the cost of the cold order which should have been hot. The had tried to microwave it but that only made the bowl very hot and not the contents. We will try again on Sunday. Parking availability is an issue.

Being so close to the main plaza was a plus! The hotel is very close to the mine and many other touristic places. The hotel was very nice, quiet, and clean. I loved the fact that each room is named after an artist from Parral. The decoration of the two rooms I stayed at had an excellent taste. The whole staff was friendly, kind and very professional! I'm pleased I chose this place. I will stay at the same place next time I go there.
