The people who work there very nice and caring and are good at what they do. They do allow pets but only extra cost and 1,000 pesos deposit which is ok but be better if not but ok if need to get some rest.

The staff spoke little to no English but were very friendly & helpful (we used an AI translator). The hotel has a very nice pool & pool area. and the hotel was close to several nice restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious (I had breakfast there both days, and dinner on the second day). The room was a little worn down but comfortable, & I enjoyed using the Roku tv app.

As any city, get in the wrong neighborhood and trouble will find you, stick to business and hotel zones your good to go, San Carlos Beach awesome just 50 minute drive south, visible police without being overbearing, very protective of tourist as many Canadians and Americans are frequent visitors.

Plenty to do in peaceful Hermosillo there are lakes and beaches about an hours drive from Hermosillo. I did not see a massive military presence like in other Northern Mexican cities there are some nice restaurants and bars with US style malls with a Mexican flavor.

I didn't know that there was a beautiful beach 1.5 hours away from Hermosillo. I had so much fun at Kino Bay!!! The water had great waves. I really like Hermosillo it is a big city that has it all. Respectful and descent folks.

its hot but the food is amazing. You have to have a Hot Dog and Carne Asada. Especially the Hot dogs by the University. Plus the beach is about 45 min from the city so you get a little bit of everything.

I like it so much , everyone is nice , I’m feel safe, the city is clean, the best is the food machaca con huevo and chilaquiles , I love it, the beach is not so far from hermosillo you should try to go there
The hotel is easy to reach. The beds are very comfortable, and the room even though it is a bit small, is well designed to not feel packed. The internet speed is great, I didn't notice any lag in the minor work that I had to do there. In the kitchen, the breakfast is also decent and good.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Accepted pets. We needed to stay in Hermosillo and not much to choose from accepting pets.
Secure parking with watchman 24/7.
