Selva Teenek Eco-Park, hotel in Ciudad Valles

Situated in Ciudad Valles, Selva Teenek Eco-Park features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace.

Loved this place! Was above expectations for the region we were in and so happy we chose to stay at the sanctuary. The hosts and team were fabulous, helpful and lovely. The park itself is gorgeous and a true little experience to be a part of something more than just accommodation. The team helped us organize local tours. What was so lovely was the meals times and atmosphere of casualness that the place provides. If you are within the Huasteca Potosina region I would highly recommend staying here.

The area seems nice, but very secluded.

The area seems nice, but very secluded. It’s a tiny little pueblito, small food stands and tiny markets, all which would’ve been ok had I not experienced a scary situation at the Aldea Huasteca Hotel- part of the excursions that go by the same name(Aldea Huasteca-Ruta Huasteca)That horrible experience made me realize that I was far from any hospital, clinics, or law enforcement in case of dangerous situations like the one I had found myself in. I was traveling with my mom; two lone females, and decided to instead make the 2hr drive to El Naranjo instead. The road to get there was very bumpy, but closer to the waterfalls we wanted to see, as well as all aforementioned facilities.
