What a beautiful hotel! All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We loved this place. It's worth staying just for the views—truly incredible! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very high up, giving us amazing views of the bay below. I highly recommend this hotel. You can even eat at their sister hotel next door; the food was great! First-class service all around!

Beautiful views (like a postcard) spacious rooms. The location was a lovely neighbourhood, not too far from the Malecon. Lots of stairs and no elevators which was ok for us but not so good for someone with mobility issues.

Breakfast and the setting for breakfast was lovely. Staff were sweet and really you could have anything you wanted. The nice fresh coffee package that you could have each day in your room was very nice.

Room was good size, bed comfy, deck off bedroom was nice, Great location for NY. Location makes up for almost everything, close to beach, shopping, numerous restaurants, walk everywhere and we did. Cleaning staff friendly, as well as owner who helped us with luggage to the room. Had fun time as NYE, very noisy and party party.
