Extremely fast check-in, not even a minute, they were ready with the room information and very helpful with questions. Room was a little bit cramped in the bathroom / closet area, otherwise very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable as well. Available towels are not enough for a family but you can ask for more, no issues.
Pool is kept warm! Spent way too much time in the pool as a result. Breakfast includes the usual cereals/fruits/bread /oatmeal/juice plus the option to have eggs cooked how you want them, which is quite awesome, everything fresh and tasted excellent. Menudo on a Sunday was also excellent. Hotel is in one of the best areas in the city with great city views from the pool. Underground parking. All in all this hotel is an absolute gem, will be my only destination when visiting Chihuahua City.

The location is great, breakfast is good.
Very clean and the room is completely dark when all the blinds are down so it’s great to sleep when the sun is out. I usually wake up at 6am but I woke up at 9:30 thinking it was early 😁
