Convenient hotel close to the airport. The guy at the front office wasn’t nice and didn’t help us with suitcases. The food was good (dinner and breakfast) but didn’t let us take fruits in a box for our kids.

The hotel breakfast offered a lot of options, from waffles to make-your-own chilaquiles. They even had almond milk for the coffee! You can also walk to the hotel from the airport, which is amazing. No need to wait for the free shuttle (unless you have a ton of luggage). The gym and pool both looked really nice, but I didn't have a chance to check them out.

My only two issues were. I do understand that there are check in polices. And that check in was at 3pm. Yet I arrived at 12.30pm and was told that if I wanted to check in now i had to pay $500 pesos. Which to me shows that rooms WERE AVAILABLE now. Second. Early coffee at least. For 6am would be a bonus. It's fine that breakfast is at whatever time but early coffee would be nice. Thank You.

The reason we booked this hotel only only for one night was because is close to the airport. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bed was great and we slept very well. Breakfast and dinner was very delicious. The staff is very friendly.
