Check-in was quick. All the staff were courteous and professional. The shuttle bus was excellent and on time. Try to avoid the rip-off taxi services at the airport. Had the continental breakfast which was good.

Everything was great, very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants and tours that would make my trip to Cancun fun. Huge shout out to Juan for saving me with a last-minute booking to see Coco Bongo for my birthday. The food is also great; the rooftop bar made the best soft shell crab tacos I’ve ever had.
