the size is good for a 5 people family. the best thing I had in the property was the staff, he was very polite and followed my needs, the second day we had to leave because in general the stay was not satisfactory and he offered to give a partial reimbursement.

pros: - very affordable, very nice host, plenty of street parking, WiFi (not sure why Booking says there is no wifi or parking), TV (netflix included), on a cul-de-sac, very friendly feeling neighborhood. Walmart a block away.
