Hotel Crowne Plaza is a clean and comfortable establishment situated in a pleasant area close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious; however, they lack a fridge and do not offer refreshments or snacks, as one might expect in a five-star hotel. We were also surprised that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport and could not assist us in finding transportation for an early flight; therefore, we had to make private arrangements ourselves, which is another service typically expected in a five-star establishment.

The rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, pretty good quality bedding and little comforts like a fridge, coffee machine and safe always come in handy. The staff were really accommodating amd heloful all the time and bfast is ok, not awesome but goos for what you're paying. Its quite a good location to ezplore the area and to get to the outlets and shopping.

The location/cathedral view along the fact that the center was 5 minutes far away. I liked also that we could have made an early check-in with a small price difference, the gym and the restaurant/breakfast also were a nice plus.
