Stayed here for 8 days comfortably. Fundamentally, the room was clean, the staff was professional, and they had a good selection of food. It's also close to the beach and you can easily catch the bus from the nearby stops to go anywhere. Oh and a bonus - THEY HAVE A LIFT. This last point is a bit one because there's a bunch in Hulhumale without it, which forces you to carry your luggage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an absolutely fabulous hotel, and from the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be an unforgettable experience. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Abhilash and Robin at the reception desk, both of whom were extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for relaxing by the ocean, and I loved how convenient it was to enjoy the sun and sand. There were also plenty of great food places nearby, offering a variety of delicious options that made dining a breeze.
Another highlight was the seamless airport pickup and drop-off service. I was picked up promptly upon arrival and dropped off on time when it was time to leave, which made my travels stress-free.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit any palate. I found myself looking forward to it every morning, and it was a great way to start each day.
The staff and locals in the area were welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. I truly wish I could have stayed longer, as everything from the accommodations to the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel in the future!

I had previously stayed in Male city on two previuos visits and found it a pleasant place to stay. In the intervening 12 years since my last visit the entire Hulumale area has been developed and has become something of a dormitory suburb to Male city with the completion of the China Friendship Bridge. Male is now a somehwat traffic choaked hot and relatively dirty city with Hulhumale a relatively quiet place to stay with plenty of good restaurants and hotels to suit almost any budget. In addition there are plenty of options to keep you occupied from shark and manta dives, island tours and windsurfing, paddle boarding and even kite surfing advertised by tour groups located in the area.

Hulhumale is great for crashing out after a long flight or for staying the night before an early flight. It is also a good base for visiting Male by ferry. The long straight beach is made up of broken coral and soft white sand. The off shore reef protects the beach and make swimming safe for children. There are also areas of shade from the palm trees for those who don't want to stay out in the sun.
There are numerous cafes and restaurants of all kinds.

I prefer Hulhulmale to Malé when I have a stopover. It has a beach and isn't that busy and loud. The travelling time from the airport is only 15 minutes.
Hulhulmale offers everything I need for my short stays.

Probably the worst condition of a hotel I have ever seen at this expensive overprice. The staff was nice and helpful, but was glad it was just for One night. The whole hotel was in a miserable condition and completely No sense of internal decoration. No elevator. Unbelievable smell of urine. The beds were Soft and with a hole in the middel, moldy wet Walls, the White curtains too long and Brown. The airfreshner too strong and overwhelming.
The only consolation was a Great Bombay Indian Restaurant 5-7 mins walk away.
Always tale local taxi and not the taxi the hotel trys to make you take at 5 times the price

Would recommend this side over Male, what some locals said to us. Has a lot of small hotels and more beach area. Male is much more crowded and more concrete, less beaches. A few decent Indian restaurants. But other restaurants were hit or miss-lots of canned and dried foods. So definitely had a hard time with my stomach and some of the meals. But locals were all very nice. Stayed here 2 nights prior to going to a resort but 1 night would’ve been good enough.

Hulhumale is the face of the Maldives that you don't see in the holiday brochures. It is very busy, especially the roads which buzz with motorcycles and scooters.
The physical 'state' of Hulhumale is unkempt and dirty.
Good location at 100m from the beach.
Very friendly and polite staff, they offered transport from the airport to their location.
Rooms with enough place for two persons but the pictures from booking are not really like real., good air conditioner.
Good size bathroom with hot water.
We booked for 7 days, not to much to do in Hulhumale and Male but they had great trips to other islands at good prices.
Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was clean and shower amenities were provided. Breakfast was decent, but service is great, especially from Afjal. He remembers me from my last stay few months ago. Location is close to the main road, very convenient. I think it's the best hotel in Hulhumale so far.
From the seamless pick up, transfer to hotel and the cold refreshing cool drink on arrival, everything was great! The rooms are small but we’ll appointee and very comfortable. Brekkie was great. Would stay again
