The property is very newly built, so everything felt fresh and modern. From the time I arrived until I left I was very well looked after by all members of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved the sea view from the balcony, just gorgeous. The rooftop terrace was also very nice and relaxing.
The bikini beach was just steps away but as was most of Guhli since it’s quite a small island.

In ecvening we made 2 /3 circles around Gulhi Island and afterwards we

They have a tasty food.
There we had the best Tuna Steak in Gulhi.

A very welcoming island and with such friendly locals.
A very welcoming island and with such friendly locals. It is a small island which is not that far from Male city or the airport by speedboat. There are some small restaurants and cafes that visitors can have snacks, drinks, tea and coffee. There are also many shops that sell everything visitors might need. Souvenir shops are also there and there are many items that can be bought at good prices. Cultural events are also there depending on the season and the occasions .

Gulhi island is perfect for tourists on budget.
Gulhi island is perfect for tourists on budget. We didn’t limit ourselves, we went on a couple of boat trips (which cost about 35-70$ per person) and bought whatever we needed (every meal was around 22$-36$), transfers cost around 25-35$ on a speed boat and 2$ on a public transport. All the restaurants, hotels and some shops accept dollars. The only disadvantage of the island, in my opinion, is that especially during low tide, the water in the ocean is knee-deep. Regardless of that the bikini beach is very clean and the corals are beautiful. Also I would suggest bringing fins with you because sometimes the current was really strong and renting them costs 5$.

Walking at the beach and swimming in the sea is the 2 common activities over there. Lying on the beach chair & watching sun set is really enjoyable.

Self-serve filtered water in sustainable glassware available 24/7 in lobby. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided, and pickup to and from the port was extremely helpful.
