Super stay at Atoll Retreat. Very well located. Clean. Brand new. Love the island. Great house reef and excursions. And the staff was just AMAZING. Full of very nice attentions. Like presents in front of our door for Christmas. And shared dinner with the staff. We loved it.

Beautiful little guesthouse with an excellent host. It lies in a quiet street, but is neighbor with the mosque, so you will hear the speaker at 4.30 every morning. Fulidhoo is an amazing island!

We are vegan and even though there is no plant milk available on the island, they actually brought soya milk packs from Malé to make sure we would be able to have cereal for breakfast. The place is right near the beach and they have a nice restaurant on the beach. The owners of the place are brothers and are really nice and friendly. The staff is also very nice.

Brand new design hotel right on the beach. Amazing ocean view. Everything clean, very comfortable bed. Reviews sometimes mentioned smell in the bathroom but we have not experienced any. All perfect. Very close to most beautiful bikini beach we have seen so far on local islands.

During our stay we explored every corner of the Resort and used the different locations and the nature in the background to take many pictures - possibly too many. The water front villas are the best location for pictures, in particular later evenings when the beautiful illumination is on. 2nd best sport are the villas with the small lagoon in front. Here you have the break waters in the background, the chance to see small stingrays, fishes and with a bit of luck a baby shark.
Go for a therapeutic massage. Tested and it is not a waste of money. The cold ginger tea served is brilliant.
For eating we preferred the buffet. Spoilt for choices is the best. Everyone will find something to his taste. The grill restaurant not to be missed though!
If it would be possible then the strong wind we had during our stay to be avoided. It prevented us to go for the dolphins and fishing. Advantage wind, you feel very comfortable with the climate.
Our villa chain had an outdoor shower to offer. More than brilliant and never had more space under a shower.

One of the best local Islands.
One of the best local Islands. Its quite small in size but the beaches are great. Water is neat & clear. You can find some small sized reefs with small fishes. Tip: Whenever you order Tuna related food, do ask them to put less Onion ;)
Excursions around Fulidhoo are awesome!!

Local island with friendly staff. Quiet and beautiful.
Local island with friendly staff. Quiet and beautiful. My favorite island in the Maldives. Nice to walk around the island. Beaches on every side of the island. Amazing nature and scenery. Calm relaxed vibe. Ocean activities like manta and shark swimming. Best food is at Rushkokaa hotel. The other hotels were blah. A small convenience store to buy snacks and beverages is located close to the port. You can walk around the whole island in 20 minutes without stop but it took us 1 hour because of the photo opportunities. The locals were very friendly.

Small local island with a few local shops and minimarts.
Small local island with a few local shops and minimarts. It will take around 10min to walk from one end of the island to another. There is only 1 bikini beach which has beautiful clear water and soft sand. The main attractions of the island are the friendly stingrays and nurse sharks that are always by the jetty entertaining both the locals and tourists all day and night. Excursions to snorkel with nurse sharks, turtles, manta rays etc. are much cheaper here as compared to if you’re staying at the luxury resorts. However it is sad to see a beautiful island filled with so much trash everywhere and barely any trash bins around. I found broken pieces of glass while walking on the beach on different occasions so beware. Your schedule have to be flexible too because almost everything is not on time, especially the speedboat transfers between Male airport to the island. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with nothing much to do, and don’t mind the trash and mosquitoes, then Fulidhoo is for you.

Fulidhoo is in pretty easy reach, an hour by speedboat, look up Dream Speed US$40 or the public ferry cheap 3 hours. I'd skip Gulhi, which is pleasant, and Maafushi is for younger crowd plus the beach isn't up to much. You have snorkelling trips, wonderful diving check out Fulhidoo Dive, a beautiful tourist 'bikini' beach with gently sloping perfect sand into a clear sea.
