Service and restaurant . Really very nice staff and service. My mum has problem with her leg and they arranged the room just near restaurant .and all my requests and questions were solved or answered very well.And I stayed 4 hotels ,all are 4or 5stars hotels around Mauritius island and their buffets for breakfast and dinner were high level among them.we even had a Chinese traditional topic eve buffet with high quality food and a live dancing show.

At the Veranda Tamarin hotel - the only real turn-off was that only one tv channel was in English - BBC World. All others in French / Creole. No mainstream music channels.
Tamarin is a small village, full of friendly people. The atmosphere is open and you get the sense of tranquility and safety. It is centrally located for South and West visiting. something for everyone.

The brand new SUPER U, is fantastic.
The brand new SUPER U, is fantastic. You can get anything there, even gifts. The Coffee shop at the Super U was two times cheaper than the other Coffee Shops. It is not very expensive at the Super U.
We ate at the Happy Rajah and the Casa Pizza. The food was fantastic.

The hotel has a nice spa, the activities were nice including Credits depending on the length of your stay. The staff is very nice and mostly helpful. However, the shower was broken and the shower door was leaking water so that every time we took a shower half the bathroom was under water. The baths and toilet were not properly cleaned and the sun lounger at the pool were dirty.

Tamarin is a coastal village without the big hotels but lovely beach areas, nice restaurants and handy shopping facilities near a lot of the tourist sites on the west coast. Perfect for the independent traveler willing to pay for above average accomodation

well located in Tamarin with wonderful views surrounding this property. room was clean and tidy, water pressure was ok (hot and cold) bed very comfy and AC working fine. Robin and Cody have been wonderful hosts, taking care of your every need. I’ve see a full set of gym equipments in the gym area and a tennis court. will be back again.
Nice a calm location. Very friendly host. They rent kayaks and serfs for free. Very few people on the beach. Nice walks on the beach up to Flic Flac. And do not miss the dumplings sold on the Tamarin public beach every day from 11-13
Great place to stay in Tamarin. Very nice owners, clean, well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, nice view, very comfortable bed. We wish we could have stayed longer...
