Very bad management . Need to learn and improve a lot . Poor service . I would blame the manager
This resort hotel is set in tropical gardens with a large pool area and direct access to a private, white sandy beach.

The housekeeping team ensured our room was always spotless, with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly special. Many thanks to Florentina from housekeeping team.
The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a lavish spread with something for everyone.
Many thanks to Aziza for her professionalism and continuous support. She was always available for us, ready to help and answer all questions.
Nicolas F&B manager, for his professionalism, attention and care. Aki, restaurant manager for his warm welcome, great approach and excellent service.
This resort features an outdoor pool with sun loungers overlooking Mon Choisy beach. These spacious, air-conditioned rooms include patios overlooking the resort's gardens or the Mon Choisy lagoon.

The property was amazing and beautiful, although we couldn't really go swim in the sea due to there being quite alot of rocks around the shore. We had everything we could need in the hotel and the water sports were also included. Would totally recommend you staying here if you plan to make the trip.
The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful.

The beaches were probably the best and the coziest at the North of Mauritius, but the village itself is too dull.. no supermarkets or even shops, no cafes or street food, no places to buy food etc. You could literally be left hungry. No attractions either. It's several kilometres away from Mon Choisy or Grand Baie, and those are much much better in terms of everyday life with amazing beaches as well.

This is a more authentic Mauritian style hotel , exactly what we were looking for
rather than other hotels catering for all
nationalities along with European type food . All staff we found to be very good
but particular acclaim should go to Kunal ,
small chap who worked behind the bar and waiting tables ( really sorry didn’t catch your name but you will know who you are along with two chefs . Again don’t
know their names but one lady( chilli sauce , buy it was hot ) and one man .
Fabulous location with a long stretch of white sandy beaches. Stunning sunset every evening! The hotel has many excellent restaurants, we have tried them all and loved everything. The staff at le Meridien was excellent. Buggy service around the resort was very appreciated as my aging mother had difficulty walking. Highly recommend this resort.
All in all, it matched the expectations for a 4 star hotel. The beach was good, the room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping matched the expectations. The food was plenty and different every day. The three thematic restaurants were worth the try. Having the chance to shower even after check-out is a plus.
Who ever is traveling to Mauritius I will recommend this hotel for him the hospitality shown to me and my colleagues was more than perfect. Whatever you need is already provided at the hotel.
