Excellent hotel especially for families. We spent a week here and we didnt leave the hotel to tour Mauritius but we were never bored so no regrets.
Staff are all great, friendly & welcoming. Plenty of options at breakfast and dinner. The themed restaurants are also great. The food hut on the beach (Tabaj) also offers lunch time options and tea and pancakes from 3:30pm (if you arent on all inclusive you have to pay for tea).
The beach was okay. The water wasn't as clear as I expected. It’s a bit muddy in places but it wasn’t terrible. If you plan on training for a triathlon the ocean isnt for you; quite shallow which we found to be perfect with our 2 little ones. Water activities offered at the resort free of charge; paddle boats, glass bottom boat, snorkeling.
BBQ at Gran Zil is a must!

The place is really well kept and very cosy. We liked very much and the host was very friendly and had several nice suggestions for us. That area is very hilly but that is common in the island. We felt romantic in such a cute place and as we were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary that day, we got some nice souvenirs. Would definetly recommend.

The hotel is completely new and has lovely rooms and facilities. The beach is cosy and the views are spectacular. We really recommend visiting the two island (flat island and Gabriel island) with the hotel operator. The beaches are like paradise and the snorkelling was good.
The hotel staff is amazing, especially the receptionist who helped us sort out an issue with our luggage.
We booked a junior suit and the room was huge. Best to choose a room on the first floor as otherwise you have the other hotel guests walk in front of your windows.
The hotel has newly been renovated and all of the equipment are new. However some of the equipment were not available like bicycles and the sauna. We were told that same will be available soon. The views at the pools are awesome with views of the northern islands. The staffs are very helpful and professional, special mention to Lendo and Ryan at the main restaurant who are a definite asset to the hotel. The food tastes good but No wine was available during dinner on that day. The front office were also gentle and well mannered.
It is a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. everything was clean, food delicious and friendly staff. What I really loved: possibility to refill your own bottle, even get a free water bottle you can use. The hotel tries to be green, and it shows. The free use of kayaks, sups and pedal boats. We had a blast.
The location is very nice, the view too from the Hotel. The staff was excellent, special thanks to Mr. Jhugroo, who always paid special attention to us.
