Great location beautiful garden we enjoy the pool and the seaside so close

The apartment is located in such a beautiful place. You have views of the ocean (the trees could use some trimming in the front of the swimming pool and on the sides of the next apartments). There is a bathroom for each room and also one downstairs for guests. The apartment block has a nice size pool too and also direct access to the beach in front of it. It was a great stay for our family and we recommend 👌🏻

It was an exceptional visit in many ways, and I want to commend your team for their dedication to guest satisfaction. First and foremost, the warm and friendly welcome I received upon arrival set the tone for my stay. The check-in process was efficient, and I was pleased to find that my room preferences had been thoughtfully accommodated. Speaking of the room, it was a haven of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall ambiance that made me feel right at home. The dining experience at Casa Florida Hotel was equally impressive. The culinary offerings were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service, adding to the enjoyment of every meal. The location of your hotel, with its convenient access to local attractions and landmarks, was another highlight of my stay. It made exploring the city a breeze. However, I have a suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience. I noticed that there was no shatafa (bidet spray) in the toilet, which is a feature I've found to be quite useful during my travels. Installing shatafas in the bathrooms could be a valuable addition that would align with modern hygiene standards and enhance guest comfort. Helpful and friendly staff, great location, quiet and clean property.

Located less than 5 minutes from Mont Choisy beach. Staff are pleasant and courteous (Dev, Sara, Tanya, Safeer) to name a few. They readily accommodate my special request during breakfast and dinner. For breakfast the option of fried eggs, omelet or boiled egg is not available but Sara made sure my needs were met and likewise over dinner, Dev and was kind to deliver our dinner to our room especially since we were with our infant daughter and it became a bit difficult for us to go to the restaurant and have dinner as a family. The beds are very comfortable and I must say I had to most peaceful sleep during my stay. The restaurant is an outdoor one with a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast with a view…loved it. Then you have nature at its best, while you dine you will have visitors of a different kind, not humans though, but sparrows who are so bold and friendly like the Mauritians that they feed off your hands. The croissants are freshly prepared every morning and I kid you not, they are the best I have ever had. Thanks to Sara and Vania, they need and award for making thr best croissants.

The food is excellent, a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Employees are extremely friendly. We loved the shower. Overal the complex is maintained very well.

Breakfast need to improve, not having different choices,
