Would love to come back in summer to enjoy the outdoor pools. Great location, only 25 mn away from Ferry. Good for couples or families.

Spacious and lovely design meant plenty of opportunity for family gathering areas, and also 'alone time' as needed. Rooms laid out around central courtyard/bbq area, with additional large balcony room and accessible roof terrace. Plenty of bathroom / shower facilities, and equipped kitchen. Underground cave swimming pool was lovely/as expected with lovely lighting, seating area and shower. Very responsive Manager Stephanie answered questions before our arrival (about local shops) & was also in touch to check everything was ok for our arrival. Then few minor issues were reported to her which were quickly dealt with. Farmhouse owner who also lives nearby came around to also check on these issues. Both were very lovely and helpful. Great safe/quiet location for Inland Sea, San Lawrenz centre, grocery shops and few restaurants, Gozo Craft Village, buses (311, 312) - though Bolt taxis were cheap/convenient to easily get anywhere across the island! We were luckily to be staying during the village Fiesta, so fantastic entertainment every night too, just 3 minutes walk away.
We loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful property, great staff all around, delicious food, amazing spa, super clean. Would love to come back and see the renovation. Thank you to all at Kempinski Hotel for making our stay with you very special. Solene

Wonderful town in Gozo.
Wonderful town in Gozo. It is very easy to travel all over the Island from here with many of the beaches and attractions less than 15 minutes away. Its nice and quiet too, very relaxing. There is a wonderful family run shop just by the church that sells everything you could want for your stay and a nice place to sit and have a coffee or drink next door. Very friendly people.

San Lawrenz is a very small village in Gozo.
San Lawrenz is a very small village in Gozo. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of this village. There's nothing much to see except for Dwejra and the crafts village. If you decide to stay at the Kempinski hotel I would suggest you hire a car as the hotel albeit beautiful, is literally in the middle of nowhere.

The Resort is beautiful, Staff were excellent and detailed, The food was great, the drinks over priced and no reason for it. More signs are needed to advised people staying were the road is, and at the hotel more signs are needed and information in the room. Otherwise it was a great trip.

San Lawrenz is a typically tiny village in the island of Gozo - very lovely and picturesque set in the middle of the Gozitan countryside. It's an idyllic place away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, just like most of rural Gozo - ideal for a chill-out break

A refurbished charming house in the heart of San Lawrenz. The rooms were just what we were after for a short stay.
Hearty breakfast and freshly prepared by the friendly host in the morning. Good value for money.
Not a negative but just want to point out that there is no elevator (as is typical with all B&Bs in Gozo) and some of the bathrooms have a shower whilst others come with a bath.
The location and facilities of the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz are undoubtedly one of the best on the island. Having said this though, the hotel should ensure that maintenance works are kept up all throughout the hotel even in the rooms. The furniture in the rooms could use some polish and in some instances they could even be changed and modernised further.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully furnished old farmhouse right next to the San Lawrenz church. room was spacious and we had all we needed. B’fast was good and the owners were friendly.
The comfort was great, the hotel was very nice in a quiet area, the service was super great and the breakfast has a variety to choose from plus the freshly baked bread ahaha
