I only stayed a few hours between a late night flight and a tour to Adrar, but could not have been more pleased. This is like a comfortable French country retreat...not expected in Nouakchott. Friendly welcome, a cozy quiet room with everything you would need (clean bathroom, great wifi, coffee makings). Breakfast was great in the very relaxing dining/sitting area on the ground floor. Even fresh orange juice.

The hotel was a well located property in central Nouakchott. We arrive extremely late at night (early in the morning) and the hotel shuttle was prompt, pleasant and efficient. The front desk quickly checked us in, the room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was a wide ranging buffet or international and local foods, which I appreciated. We didn't use the pool but there was a host of other customers that did and it looked enjoyable. Would recommend.

Spacious and quiet room, great location, nice and pleasant hotel staff. Very secure hotel: I forgot to close my room door and the personnel came to look for me at the restaurant and walked with me to the room, the door was open but all my belongings (including jewels and cash) were intact.
