The hotel is really nice. The room we had was very cool, everything needed was there and was very clean. Parking super comfortable, gives easy access to the rooms.
Swimming pools were nice, and overall location is very beautiful.
We also had dinner at the restaurant, food was fine but service a little bit slow.
Hotel recommended, especially if you want to take visits at nearby distilleries and want to enjoy easy access to different beaches.

I will write my honest review and hopefully you will take my advice into consideration to improve the accommodation for your next bookings.
Travelled in so many countries and islands and a window mosquito net is mandatory! We couldn't sleep without having fresh air , we couldn't open any window and it's not healthy to keep the AC on during the entire nights. We felt like being in a hospital.
There isn't any trash can in the room ( only a very small one in the bathroom which is supposed to be used for other things).
We received only one towel per person for 3 nights. Just put more and don't let people ask for a new one.
Breakfast definetely can be improved. I really do not understand why other people said that was delicious. ( cheap quality - basic omlette and cheap sausage). You can use local fruits, I think everyone will be satisfied or at least ask people for different options so they can choose.
The last thing that I did not like, you do not have any stander or closet to put the clothes, which is a super basic thing! I has to stay with all my clothes packed in the backpacks and luggage during my stay.
As being said, this is not an accommodation that deserves the current 9+ star reviews, not even closer

An excellent hotel. Very modern room and facilities. The pool was stunning and the staff were very generous & friendly (some also spoke fluent English). The food and drinks at the restaurant were superb- a credit to Martinique. Secure parking was also available. The AC and WiFi also worked great.
We really enjoyed our stay at Fregate hotel. The first room we had did not meet our expectations, but the team proposed a second room which was much better. :-) We appreciate the commercial gesture.
