The lady who checked us in was very friendly, took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure our laundry was done even if it was late at night.

The guest house locates outside American Memorial Park, with many restaurants, shops and resorts around it. The hostess is informative to help guests find best tourism options. She told me a good guide for a Managaha tour. The room is spacious and the living room has Pacific decorations. Fridge and microwave are public, but clean and convenient to use. The price is very affordable, meaning this is a cost-effective choice.

Garapan is a good location. Micro beach was a few minutes walk. On Thursdays there's a night market from 5-9 with food and entertainment. I was there for 4 days and it was good enough. Easy day trip to Managaha Island, only 15 minutes away.
Located right on the beach and walking distance to some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars. They are also located next to the largest public park on island. The rooms are modern, clean and the staff was wonderful. This is my go to hotel when in Saipan. They have 2 pools and a kiddie pool with playground and the pools stay open until 10pm which is great. Also the parking is free.
This is the second time we have stayed here at the G.T Guesthouse and we were very satisfied. the bed was clean and the bathroom is very spacious. the location is perfect as you can walk to the american memorial park as well as other shops or restaurants. We were also made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and would choose this hotel again.
