The hotel entrance,lobby, lift, corridor and room design are very new, modern, charming and comfortable. The staffs are really excellent including the 3 front desk staffs Jessica, Natalie and Kali (the gentle who help to me move our luggage to room and unlock the Art floor). Other hotel staffs including security, room service/cleaning and shuttle bus are the best we experienced in Macau over 20 years.

Galaxy Macau offers luxurious 5-star accommodation within the Galaxy Macau Resort, across Macau’s ‘Old Taipa Village’. It features the world’s largest Sky Wave Pool and offers free WiFi in rooms. Hotel was very clean and staff superhelpful. We loved pool area especially wave pool. Very easy to get to shopping mall and restaurants.
