The staff we met were all very nice. We got an upgrade to a sea view room. The room is spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location is great.

Rooms and large and comfortable. The Location is very good with great access to other Casinos on the strip. A great place to visit and relax is the Lobby Lounge. very well priced and happy hour from 5.30 to 730. Great selection at breakfast and love the Pineapple Buns.
The standout is the staff at the Grand Hyatt. Some of the best people i have met on my travels. They were the highlight of the Stay.
