Excellent location about 10 to 15 minute walk to Rangoon Tea House and Shwedagon Pagoda. Many Thai and Burmese restaurants nearby. The area is very quiet away from traffic. The room is spacious and well appointed on the 3rd floor. The owner is very nice and welcoming. I recommend paying in USD for bookings made online. Try to minimize use of ATMs and cards due to poor exchange rates and fees. A good rate is 5,300 MMK to 1 USD.
