Only needed an overnight stay in Mandalay. The hotel staff was attentive. They also helped me with a tuk tuk ride across town for dinner & a personal private transfer to Bagan with the hotel manager & a driver - which was extremely helpful especially during this time with many foreigner restrictions. The breakfast was abundant, served with several local dishes. Roof top & its view was a bonus. Had a double corner view of the city from my 9th floor room which was clean, comfortable & safe. Sufficient for one night for all my needs!

From Check in to the end of, it was a bad experience. At checking in they denied accepting my credit card (even having a big Visa - Master card Sticker at door and desk ) the location is dirty and filthy, homeless around . I didn’t felt safe . The room is very basic Breakfast really bad . My mistake to choose this hotel

Excellent stay. The hotel is very central to Mandalay Palace and the Capital Mall (good food). The staff were super helpful. The room was big, the water was very hot (like I like it), and the bed was really comfortable. I liked that I could cast my phone to the TV too.

Great reception & rooms are spacious. The bunk beds are a bit small but its ok. There is a storage below the bunks and you need your own locks. Near to different establishments & restaurant.
