We a stayed in a nice cosy house located in a very quite area near Skopje close to the airport. We wish we could come earlier that day to see the area. Alex was very nice and picked us up in Skopje and took to the airport in the early morning. Perfect place to rest before travelling. Thank you, we really enjoy it!

We stop by at this gem that we booked for rest on our way to Ohrid and wished we could have stayed couple of days more. Vesna and Marjan were excellent hosts. This is not a palace, but a simple, quiet place to stay that is very clean. There is a sandwich place next door, a mini market across the street, and a super market very close by. I would recommend you stay here for any overnight stay before an early flight as it is close to the airport. One of the sweetest things they did for us was to surprise us with a tray of glasses of apricot juice and freshly roasted hazelnuts!
If you would like to arrive in 10 mins from the plane to your hotel, Motel Livija is the place to book! They arranged a taxi for us which took us in the middle of the night very fast to our bed, which we appreciated a lot. The room is quite basic but that was our expectation, so good value. There is also a nice bakery next to the ATM (10 mins walking) that we recommend. Owner of the hotel is very very nice and willing to help with everything!

Newly furbished and spotless clean place with paintings, lounge room (leather armchairs, TV, AC, bookshelf), kitchen with dining room - to chill after or before a flight. Walking distance to shop and fast food. Complimentary rakija from host Vasko - best I've tried!
The guy that runs the hotel is super friendly. I enjoyed our conversation, he was so helpful. The breakfast was great. The room is perfect VFM choice, however I would be very keen on paying something more if the bathroom had the same quality as the rest of the room.
