New hotel, clean room, good location, lots of parking space by the hotel. Pleasant staff and very kind owner (Mr Oliver) who was ready to help regarding certain issues - due to problems with electricity the day before we arrived (not a hotel's fault), there was no central heating but the owner gave us additional portable heater (it was very useful). Breakfast was nice and included in the price.
