We have a good stay at
KoHo. It’s across the street from the beach. There is a nice quiet place in the back to have breakfast in. The new owner is nice. They are having renovations. Hot shower is good and AC is great! There is a cleaning lady every morning and they change the towels. Walking distance to restaurants.
The area is safe for tourists as they have police at night. Also, they close down the street at 6pm. Will stay again.

The view from the pool is fabulous! Most rooms (except one) have a view. The shared kitchen was fairly well outfitted and clean.
It really is a million dollar view of Grand Case Bay from the balcony pool area. Fabulous sunsets. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. It's fun watching the planes land at the small airport.

The location is great - on the French side near Orient Bay , Ance Marcel and Grand Case . Much quieter though . You can hear Roosters every AM , there are wild Donkeys and lots of birds . The Villa is all new and while hardly luxurious / grand , adequate and extremely well taken care of by the Very Friendly Owners . A small country Inn .
Love Boutique Hotel is located on the beachfront in Saint Martin, a few steps from Grand Case Beach. Certain accommodations at the property include a patio with a sea view.
This spot is a great getaway for couples. The location which is a walking distance down the beach from Grand Case is away from the crowds and tourists of the southern part of St. Maarten. The french food, pastries, and local foods are delicious. The people are very friendly and helpful with directions and inviting.

The water was beautiful and the apartment on a perfect location but there’s still so much destruction from Irma on Grand Case. Also lots of businesses closed. Not many stores or restaurants to stroll by

Great location above Grand Case. Awesome view and very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Also very close to the Grand Case airport. Jamal the manager was lovely and assisted me with a very late check in and a ride to the airport in the morning. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great water pressure, cold AC and ample parking. Only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it!
The apartment is beyond comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom, air con, washing machine, light and open space.
We couldn’t recommend a stay at this apartment more, it was clean, comfortable and had the most kind host who was flexible and welcoming.
Thank you for such a great stay. If we ever are back in Grand Case. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay!!
We've been coming to St. Martin for 20 years and this location right on the Grand Case beach is fantastic. The unit has a terrific balcony overlooking the water with large-size rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Please note the photos are of the adjacent unit; this unit actually has a better long view towards the Grand Case Airport.
