The accommodation is outstanding, set in a stunning natural environment with very kind hosts. They also own the restaurant Markovi Konaci, located just across from the accommodation. The food there is superb and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend the local cheese platter, which comes with sour cream, prosciutto, and olives. For the main course, don’t miss the homemade sausages and roast lamb or beef—these are truly must-try dishes. The beef stew is also a great choice to start your day. If you’re visiting the Ostrog Monastery, a stop at Markovi Konaci is a must. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and indulge in the delicious food.

It’s very calm and peaceful. The water from the river is very clear and clean. The restaurant serves very tasty food in generous portions and for affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place has canoes, a pool table and a small boat that they let you borrow as you please. All in all, we had a wonderful few days, and couldn’t recommend it more.
Communication with the hosts was also flawless, as they kindly helped us to find our way to the accommodation.
