Great hotel, once you get there you never want to go out, straight at the see which is great because the infrastructure in the region(roads/traffic) is not the best, once you arrive is hard to want to go out. Tha staff is extremely friendly and is always happy to help the guests!

Its a great villa on the coast. We swimmed in sea, but more in pools with sea water. They cleaning pools and remain water every day. Rooms are great, comfortable and with spectacular sea wiev! ❤
Stuff is very polite. We came late almost midnight, and they waited for us with smile. And they take our bags to the room.
There is daily lunch menu for just 6 euros per person which is really great offer. I have some allergies and they were considering that for every single meal, many thanks, its very important to me. Very smart and polite waitress put effort to organise my meals. Cook also, thank you very much.
Maybe I forgot something, but we really enjoyed every moment.

Our stay in Utjeha was exceptional! The accommodation exceeded our expectations with its immaculate and well-appointed room, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches such as a fly catcher and a bowl for washing clothes. We enjoyed a serene balcony view overlooking a lush garden, which was expansive and beautifully maintained, complete with olive trees, a charming gazebo, and numerous toys for our daughter, including swings, a trampoline, and slides. We had the delight of celebrating our daughter's birthday in this picturesque setting, shaded comfortably by the trees.
The beach is very close, adding to the convenience of this location. However, Utjeha is not the place for those seeking a lively nightlife or party scene. It’s perfect for families or anyone desiring a peaceful vacation. The location is superb, with easy access to Bar and Ulcinj by car, both just a 15-minute drive away, and just an hour’s drive to Budva. This allowed us to explore these vibrant towns, satisfying our penchant for adventure and ensuring we never felt confined to one place for too long.
The hosts and their daughters were exceptionally gracious and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay. The only minor drawback was the intermittent internet connectivity, likely due to high usage. Despite this, our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. We highly recommend this accommodation for a memorable family getaway!

The place is more beautiful than actually on photos! Our apartment was spacious and so nice, with Amazing view to the sea side. Beach is very close, sea is very clean, pool is perfect and we had place in garage for our car, so it was not stayed on the sun. The staff is nice and there for you when you need it. I would recommend it to everyone!

A big plus is that on the way to the beach you have local bakery, and Food house (fast food) and groccery store - that we used every morning. After that 5 minutes down you meet the sea. Very easy
It is a small place crowded with cars and people. First of all it is dirty and untidy, rubish all over the place. We got stomach flu because of it. The nature is great but it's a pitty people have ruined it.

Too many people on the beaches, only two (bad) restaurants and nothing to do. Nowhere to go for a walk, nothing to do with children, no pharmacy, no bank, no playground. Notworth visiting unless you have acar because there are no taxis!

There are only few places to eat but they are all great :)
It is small place so you can't get lost and you find it easily :)

The apartment Is closed to the small beach in Utjeha (100m) and 2 minutes walk to the bigger one. 1 minute from local grocery store (nit working on Sunday). Overall the apartment is cleen, AC included in the price and the owner is available foe your needs. The apartment in which we were staying is behind the house and it is in extra shade with lovely small balcony that is in shade almost entire day.
