The hotel experience was actually very good, but it appears that this hotel doesn't capable of supplying hot water for shower 24/7 (at least during non summer).
We couldn't take a shower at the evening and once a representative came to our room, he said that this is the situation in every room, due to the fact that the electric boilers do not heat the water fast enough and suggested that we will wait until the morning and maybe there will be hot water to take a shower. Even though there was no reception during the evening and this representative came from his room, he showed me that in his room the water temperature was the same and that this is not a unique problem in our room.
After all only the second attempt in the morning was successful and we were managed to have a proper shower.
It was a very disappointing and troublesome. Obviously does not coexist with a branding of a four-star hotel.
I was very embarrassed to receive a reply about it explaining to me how to turn on hot water, as this is the first time I'm taking a shower, after having experienced all of the above!

There are some wonderful little back street shops nearer to the beaqch but nearly all closed out of season.
If you Are a tourist/holiday maker here im sure the place during peak is wonderful.
As someone who is more interested in the environment and the local experience, i always find it a shame when a place with so much potential essentially 'closes down' for months at a time
Having stayed in 2 different places, if youre Not a walker, make sure you stay in the more level ground accomodation as some of the hillier accomodations can be quite a challenge on a daily basis (unless youre with car/bike in which case not quite so much)
Overall a Nice place but not sure id come here again for quite such a long stay as out of season it was a little quiet even for me

Nothing interesting apart from the sea. Poor infrastructure, dirty surroundings. There are several beaches in the area - one big city beach and smaller ones to the north. Plaža Milene Dravić was the only one without waves on windy days. Devachen beach with beautiful red rocks can be reached through the tunnel with no light where a river flows on the bottom

Good beach scene. A lot of beach bars and open air nightclubs with DJ.s and Hookahs. A lot of pizza places, very few vegetarian or vegan options. Some really good restaurants like Izvor. The beach is at the bottom of a very hilly area so getting there and back means walking downhill and uphill, sometimes hundreds of stairs. Very poor parking near the beach. The promenade was always filled with people coming and going.

Middle of May is just before the tourist season starts. The beach was really not full, but this is said to change a bit over the summer months through October...
Sutomore is not for everyone, it might not reach everyone's standards or expectations. It is *also* a tourist place, it is not *only* a tourist place ... which makes for the special charm of this sleepy town hidden behind a huge mountain. Reach it by train from Podgorica airport for a whopping 1 Euro and 20 cents. You can just board the train at station = waiting booth "Aerodrom" and buy your ticket form the conductor. Train runs roughly every 2-3 hours.
The locals and tourist businesses are so friendly! That experience alone is worth the trip.
To prepare for the beach: expect more pebbles than sand. You need sneakers that can get wet, wear them also when swimming in the water. Bring a thick beach towel. Slippers and mat will not do ... There is actually a man with a metal detector cleaning the beach every evening. Say hello and thank him for his selfless effort.
Buy postcards directly at the post office, open Monday - Saturday 8:00 - 14:30 hours.

Sutomore is quite small town.
Sutomore is quite small town. There are not so many and so interesting tourist attractions but everything is very near (like Bar, Petrovac, Budva etc). There are many restaurants in Sutomore. We liked the most Sutomore-3 and Pizzeria Karuba. The main beach is very big and varies from sand to pebbly. Strbina is small beach, bebbly and not very clean. There is also nightlife in main beach.

Wonderful accommodation and stay in Sutomore. Everything is extremely clean and new. New furniture, wonderful bathroom, flawless wifi, every little thing you might need is provided. We used the summer kitchen which is beautiful. There are three wonderful wild beaches nearby, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet area, shops nearby. Peace and nature. The hosts are hospitable and very nice people. We will be definitely regular guests here.

Love Live hotel at sutamore, Montenegro has a fantastic view of the Beach. We loved the room and it was absolute bliss to sit in the balcony and hear the sound of the waves. Car parking space is available. Breakfast was good too. Dina, the manager was very sweet and helpful and made our stay a memorable one.thank you for a wonderful stay. Best wishes.
Comfortable and cozy apartment - perfect for a couple. Close to the beach and the center with restaurants. The room is quiet which is not common in Sutomore. Greetings to the nice hostess Anna and her fantastic dog Rocky :-)
I liked that the hotel is new, kids liked swimming pools very much, the restaurant area is nice, and proximity to beach is reasonable - within walking distance.
