The apartment looks brand new, is bright and super clean with a full size new kitchen. There is a small minibar with very reasonable prices. The friendly host (who speaks excellent english btw) gave me fruits from her own orchard. Everything worked very well: Hot shower, cool AC, TV set (I only managed to watch YT-videos, but I needed nothing else) I very much appreciated that the host drove me to the airport at 5.30 am free of charge (walking would have been possible, but there are no sidewalks unfortunately). She might also come and pick you up when arriving in Podgorica. I have arrived by train as the apartment is 2mins walking from the train station Aerodrom. This was really convenient.
