Very interesting place with a strong spirit. Located close to Durmitor national park, alongside Tara river, close to the famous Tara bridge, but gently hidden in a valley away from any lousy turism, crowds etc. It's a fairly large household, surrounded with river, mountains, wild nature, while having own farm allowing them to produce own local products. Accomodation is modern, VERY clean, well equiped. Hosts are the owners, as a mid-age family, trying their absolute best to make your stay a unique experience. There's no restaurant as such, but both drinks and meals can be choosen from provided menu, you simply ask for it via Whatsapp and the host will deliver. And gosh - the meal is simple, but rich, honest, all obviously local and fresh and absolutely delicious. I cook myself for fun and I was amazed how good the meal was. We were staying only one night on our Balcans roadtrip, but I'd definitely and absolutely recommend this place for longer stay for anyone looking for activities around Dormitor, especially local hike tours (there's a beautiful camp at a mountain lake just above the site in the mountains), rafting on Tara river, visiting Dormitor, maybe even mountainbiking (that's a bit scatchy - very hilly :-D ), and honestly - even just staying, relaxing, meditating, yoga. Simply an amazing place. Wish all the for the hosts, they are really trying their best.

The property is very nicely designed with beautiful greenery. We came with children who enjoyed their stay. A lot of content complemented the time nicely. The staff is friendly and relaxed. The navigation does not show the destination well, but we are from Montenegro, so we managed easily. Sleeping is phenomenal, waking up early in the fresh morning is unforgettable. The food could come in smaller but better quality portions, but we are satisfied.

What a lovely place! Beautiful nature, very peaceful and quiet. Close to Biogradska gora national park (a 15 minute drive or so). The house we booked was clean, spacious and cozy. There’s a kitchenette with all the necessities. You can also buy local herbs displayed inside. There’s a big terrace outside with a table and benches. We ordered dinner and also got free breakfast, all delivered to the house. Huge portions and tasty. We had some issues with our car, and the hotel owner was very kind and helpful about it, he even reached out to check if the car was okay after we have left. We felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and would come again if we are back in this area. P.S. Oh, and thanks to other reviews we knew that Google Maps were not to be trusted. You can place a marker at Kafana Lovac in Podbišće, make a turn there and follow the road (there are signs for Ćorić Eco Village and Gacka hotel, just follow them, and you’ll find it).

It felt like I was back at home in les Vosges, France. Quiet and foresty mountains, with sometimes rain and thunder. We had the bottom floor of a cabin which has a little patio with chairs. We just sat there for hours, sipping coffee and watching the view. The property is very well taken care of. Everything is clean and trimmed, and they also grow their own veggies so it is fun to just stroll around and visit. The host is very welcoming and speaks a good english so it was easy to communicate. Dinner is offered by the host. It costs a bit but it is worth the money to eat homemade and delicious local food. It is also delivered at your room so just relax and enjoy the view !
