They are very caring and want to give the guests a great feeling. On the first day, we arrived late for dinner, and they made sure to bring us everything from the restaurant menu, making us feel great. The receptionists are very nice, especially Jelena, who was lovely, always smiling, and very helpful. She gave us an excellent vacation experience, guiding us to great places, including Lake Skadar, which was fantastic. Thank you very much for everything, from the bottom of our hearts.
