My privacy was violated twice by a staff member. The first time, apartment manager alerted me to the arrival of two guest that would share the apartment. The staff member unlocked the door, ushed in the new guest in tow. He barked out orders on what was expected, turned around and left.
The following night, this 9;35pm I was working at the kitchen table. There was NO notlfication from the apartment Manager that new guests would sharing the apartment. Once again, this employee barged in, didn't knock, or announce his presence just unlocked the door, turn all the light and begin telling, the new guests, I was not following house rules (!!!!). Then threaten me with cancellation of my reservations.
I attempted tell him I'm, from California and work at night in Rome to talk with my business associates in California. He threatened me again. He began point out the things he had problems with i.e., my computer on the table where I was working, the money clip on the table, the food in the refrigerator. He wanted me to stop what I was doing to correct these problems. I refused.
He finally called the owner, which call the apartment Manager, then (Roberta) CALLED ME TO INFROM ME THAT THE RESEVATION WAS CANCELLED, AND NO TAXI WOULD BE CALLED TO HELP US RETURN TO THE AIRPORT!!!!!!!!

This apartment was simply the best we had in our 9 days trip to Montenegro. It was perfect in almost all respects. The view from the balcony was amazing. All amenities (except a bedside lamp) were available and everything was in perfect working condition. Internet was fast, kitchen was impeccable. Beds were comfortable and the sheets clean and fresh. We were so happy with the apartment that we decided to stay till 13.00 and go straight to the airport rather than visit Podgorica before our flight
