The hosts contacted us before the stay with clear guidance how to reach the property without problems. When we arrived, we found ourselves in the perfect location - with a great view over the lake and surrounded by the forest. We had booked the two-bedroom house and it accommodated well my small family of four. Nikola and his mother were the perfect hosts, spoiling us with delicious homemade food. I strongly recommend this place for everyone who wants to escape the busy and overloaded life.

Very nice room, clean. Very tasty breakfast. We ate at the hotel's restaurant for a late lunch and it was excellent and very good value.
We didn't have hot water but we didn't ask the staff about it. Maybe we should turn on the boiler or something, but the evening was so hot we enjoyed a cold shower
I do not consider this a disadvantage as we did not ask the staff !!!

Lovely quiet location. If you're arriving by bicycle from Berane don't use the road near Mosque - take long way round as per hosts picture. If from the north there's a short-cut farm track that you'll probably have to push up but takes you directly from near the supermarket to the accommodation.
Owner really helpful when we kept needing to extend our stay (I'd arrived with food poisoning on board....).
Property is very well located and staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Lobby was really nicely done and I like the most woods table in the lobby.
Hotel is very nice renovated but has details which ruin thir rate and could be easily improved (visible cable of one of air condition,cobweb on the outside part of aircondition and few spiders in the room.)
Great place for staying in Berane. Close to the main spots in downtown, also nearby river Lim and biggest hotel in town. Spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet, truly the comfort that anyone looks for.
We ate a fresh fish from the fish farm which is own by the hotel owner. Owner was open and talkative. We manged to finish quite a bit of Rakija with him.
